These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Milana Label website and the purchase of products from us.

Milana Label is a trade name of Mila & Co. Brand Ltd., a company based in Ontario, Canada.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

1. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use automated systems (such as scraping or bots) without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

2. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Product availability issues

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Order cancellation requests prior to shipment may be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.

3. PRICING & ERRORS

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. However, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct pricing and provide you the option to confirm or cancel your order at the correct price.

Prices and availability may change without notice.

4. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Shopify Payments and other approved methods offered at checkout.

We do not store full credit card information.

If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

5. SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping, delivery timelines, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms. Please review those policies prior to placing an order.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, product designs, graphics, logos, images, videos, branding, and trademarks — is the property of Mila & Co. Brand Ltd. and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Modify, alter, relabel, embroider, customize, or otherwise change our garments for resale

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and imagery. However, variations in screen displays and natural material characteristics may result in slight differences.

We do not guarantee that all product descriptions or website content will be error-free.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mila & Co. Brand Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our products are designed to meet applicable safety standards. However, all children’s clothing and accessories should be used under appropriate adult supervision. Mila & Co. Brand Ltd. is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product care or safety guidance.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
