These terms and conditions govern your use of the Milana Label website and the purchase of products from us.
Milana Label is a trade name of Mila & Co. Brand Ltd., a company based in Ontario, Canada.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, along with our privacy policy, cookie policy, shipping policy, and returns policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
1. USE OF THE WEBSITE
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use automated systems (such as scraping or bots) without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
To protect our store and customers, we may restrict access from certain locations, networks, or devices associated with fraud or automated traffic. If you believe you have been blocked in error, please contact hello@milanalabel.com.
2. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Pricing or technical errors
- Product availability issues
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
Order cancellation requests made before shipment may be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.
3. PRICING AND ERRORS
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.
We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct pricing and will give you the option to confirm or cancel your order at the correct price.
Prices and availability may change without notice.
4. PAYMENTS
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Shopify Payments and other approved methods offered at checkout.
We do not store full credit card information.
If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed.
5. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping, delivery timelines, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which form part of these terms. Please review those policies before placing an order.
6. STORE CREDIT AND LOYALTY
Store credit issued by Milana Label has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and can only be used on milanalabel.com. Store credit does not expire.
Participation in the Milana Collective loyalty program is governed by the program terms shown in your account. We may update or end the program with notice, and points have no cash value.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, product designs, graphics, logos, images, videos, branding, and trademarks, is the property of Mila & Co. Brand Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission
- Use our brand name, logos, or product imagery for commercial purposes
- Modify, alter, relabel, embroider, or customize our garments and resell them as Milana Label products
- Represent yourself as an authorized retailer or wholesale partner without a written agreement with us
These restrictions exist in part to protect product integrity, traceability, and certification compliance, including our GOTS certification. Authorized wholesale partners may use our brand name and product imagery as set out in their wholesale agreement. The restriction on modifying, altering, relabelling, embroidering, or customizing our garments for resale applies to everyone, including wholesale partners.
Reselling or passing along your own Milana Label pieces for personal, non-commercial purposes is always welcome.

8. REVIEWS AND SUBMITTED CONTENT
When you submit a review, photo, or other content to our website, you grant Mila & Co. Brand Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and share it on our website, social media, and marketing materials. You confirm the content is yours to share and does not include anyone who has not agreed to be shown. We may decline or remove submitted content at our discretion.
9. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and imagery. Variations in screen displays and natural material characteristics may result in slight differences in colour and texture.
We do not guarantee that all product descriptions or website content will be free of errors.
10. CHAT ASSISTANT
Our website chat assistant is an automated tool designed to help with general questions. While we work to keep it accurate, its responses may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Our published policies on this website take priority over any chat response. For order-specific questions, please contact hello@milanalabel.com.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mila & Co. Brand Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our products are designed to meet applicable safety standards. All children's clothing and accessories should be used under appropriate adult supervision. Mila & Co. Brand Ltd. is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product care or safety guidance.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mila & Co. Brand Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your misuse of the website or breach of these terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
