Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Final sale items are not eligible. From day 1 to 14, you can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit. From day 15 to 30, store credit is the only option.

We begin processing orders quickly to keep things moving. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Sizing & fit
Most styles run true to size with room for movement and everyday wear. Fit can vary slightly by fabric and style, so we recommend checking the size guide and product notes before purchasing.
Children's sizing is based on height and weight for the most accurate fit. For adult styles, we provide flat garment measurements to help you compare with pieces you already own. When in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. If you need help, we're happy to assist.
Our sleepwear is designed to fit snugly in line with safety regulations. A closer fit reduces fire risk and allows us to avoid chemical flame retardants. We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully, especially if your child is between sizes.
Yes. Each fabric is chosen with a purpose, which can influence how a piece feels on the body. Our ribbed styles offer natural stretch, french terry daywear is relaxed in shape, and our TENCEL™ blends provide softness with flexible movement. Fit notes are included on product pages where helpful.
Product & materials
TENCEL™ is a brand of fibres made by Lenzing from wood sourced from responsibly managed forests. TENCEL™ Lyocell is produced in a closed-loop process that recovers and reuses the solvent, and the fibres are naturally smooth and breathable, which is why they feel so soft against the skin. It's the base of our Milana Soft™ fabric.
Yes. Our organic cotton pieces are GOTS certified and made with a vertically integrated partner that handles every stage, from fabric to finished garment, keeping the whole process traceable. Certification details are available on request.
Our founder is neurodivergent (autistic + ADHD), which means she notices the subtle textures and seams most people miss. If a fabric isn't exceptionally comfortable to her skin, it doesn't carry our name. That's why we choose breathable TENCEL™ and GOTS certified organic cotton.
Parent to parent: skin care is never one-size-fits-all. If your child has specific medical skin needs, please check with your healthcare provider first.
Our organic cotton fabrics are tested in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab to international standards. In bulk testing, our ribbed and french terry fabrics held their colour through washing, scoring 4 out of 5 for colour change and 4 to 5 for colour transfer, with shrinkage under 4.5% in length. Every wash routine is different, but following the care instructions on each piece helps keep it soft and true to shape.
Manufacturing & safety
Our organic cotton styles are made in Bangladesh by a GOTS certified, vertically integrated manufacturing partner. Each product page lists where that piece was made. Yes. Components such as zippers and foot grips are tested to meet applicable safety standards, including lead content requirements. Material safety is an important part of how we design for children's everyday use.
No. Our sleepwear meets safety regulations through snug construction rather than chemical treatments. We avoid added flame retardants entirely.
All suppliers sign a code of conduct covering ethics, safety, and responsible practices. Certifications and vertically integrated production support traceability and consistent standards across our collections.
Caring for your Milana pieces
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out with similar colours. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach. Always follow the care label on your garment for the most accurate guidance.
Hang or lay flat to dry where possible to help each piece keep its shape. If you use a dryer, choose a low heat setting, and iron on low if needed. Avoiding high heat across washing and drying is the best way to keep your pieces soft and true to size.
Our fabrics are pre-treated to minimize shrinkage, and our organic cotton fabrics tested under 4.5% in length in bulk wash testing. Some small change can still occur, especially with heat, so following the care label keeps it to a minimum.
Each of our fabrics is designed for regular wear and washing without complicated requirements. The care label on each garment will always reflect any fabric-specific guidance so you can care for each piece with confidence.

Our palette layers easily in cooler months and mixes with what you already own, and new styles arrive when they're ready, not on a trend calendar.

Yes. Our pieces make lovely gifts for new arrivals, birthdays, and special occasions. We offer gift packaging, gift cards, and mommy & me bundle sets for something a little more special. Our size guides are a helpful place to start when shopping for someone else, and if the size isn't quite right, gift recipients can return eligible items for store credit.
Yes. When you select gift packaging at checkout, you'll have the option to include a personal note. It will be printed and included with your order.
