Milana Collective

The Milana Collective is our way of thanking you for growing with us. Membership is complimentary for customers with an active Milana Label account. Tiers are based on lifetime spend and offer access to exclusive rewards and benefits.

Points are earned on eligible product purchases and are calculated on the order subtotal, excluding taxes and shipping. Points are issued once your order has been shipped. You must be logged into your account at the time of purchase to earn points. Orders paid in full or in part with a gift card do not earn points.

Points may be redeemed for single-use reward vouchers through your loyalty account. Vouchers must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to orders once placed. Only one reward voucher may be used per order. Reward vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or reissued once redeemed.

Monetary reward vouchers cannot be used during sale periods, promotional events, or on product bundle offers. Loyalty reward vouchers cannot be combined with additional discount codes, referral codes, or automatic promotions. Product rewards redeemed directly with points, including bundle reward items, are not subject to these restrictions.

Reward vouchers expire 12 months after issuance if not used. Expired rewards cannot be reinstated. Milana Label may, at its discretion, issue rewards with different validity periods during special promotions.

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity, defined as a period with no eligible purchases. Expired points cannot be reinstated.

Reward vouchers apply to the order subtotal only. If a reward exceeds the order value, any remaining balance cannot be used toward future purchases. Free shipping thresholds and eligibility are calculated based on the order subtotal after rewards have been applied.

If an order that earned or redeemed points is returned or canceled, points will be adjusted accordingly. A prorated amount of points will be returned to your account based on the value of returned items. If a full order is returned, all redeemed points will be reinstated. Canceled orders do not earn points.

Referral points are issued once the referred customer completes their first purchase. Referral rewards are not valid for customers within the same household and may be withheld or reversed if an order is deemed ineligible or fraudulent. Accounts created for the purpose of earning rewards through misuse, abuse, or duplicate registrations may be suspended, and associated points revoked.

All points and loyalty tier calculations are based on Canadian Dollar (CAD) order values, regardless of the currency selected at checkout. Tier status is based on lifetime spend and may be reviewed in cases of excessive returns, cancellations, or policy violations.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details. Milana Label is not responsible for unauthorized use of loyalty rewards or points resulting from third-party access.

Milana Label reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Milana Collective, including its rewards structure, point values, tier thresholds, and eligibility rules, at any time without prior notice.

Points and rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.

Points cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
