Shipping & returns
Shipping policy
Order confirmation: After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. If it does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out and we will resend it. A separate shipping confirmation with tracking will follow once your parcel has been dispatched.
Processing times: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. During high volume periods like sales and launches processing may take a little longer. Please review your items and shipping details carefully before completing checkout as changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is confirmed.
Where we ship from: All orders are packed and shipped from Ontario, Canada. We use minimal paper based outer packaging wherever possible including recyclable mailers and materials designed to reduce unnecessary waste.
Rates & delivery: Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD. Flat rate $10 CAD on orders under $100. Estimated delivery 2 to 8 business days after dispatch.
Remote regions: Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are not eligible for free shipping. Adjusted rates will be displayed at checkout.

Duties & import fees: All U.S. orders ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties, tariffs, and applicable import fees are included in your product price. These fees are non-refundable if you choose to return your order.
Australia: Shipped via PostNL International with tracking. Estimated delivery 9 to 13 business days after dispatch. Flat rate $23 AUD on orders over $150 AUD. Orders under $150 AUD receive live calculated rates at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
New Zealand: Shipped via PostNL International with tracking. Estimated delivery 12 to 16 business days after dispatch. Flat rate $25 NZD on orders over $150 NZD. Orders under $150 NZD receive live calculated rates at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after dispatch. Once a parcel has been accepted by the carrier, Milana Label is not responsible for delays caused by weather, service disruptions, or carrier volume.
If your order appears delayed, reach out and we’ll help look into it.
Lost or damaged in transit: If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can initiate a carrier investigation. All shipping claims require a carrier review which typically takes up to 48 hours before resolution.
Lost or stolen after delivery: If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the parcel is considered successfully delivered. Milana Label is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. For added security we recommend shipping to a secure location or requesting signature confirmation.
Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for both the return and reshipment costs. Carriers do not reimburse undeliverable shipments.
Signature on delivery: A signature may be required for orders over $300. If you would like signature confirmation on a smaller order, contact us before your parcel ships.
Shipping for wholesale orders is calculated based on destination and package weight. Final shipping costs will be confirmed on your invoice once the order has been packed and is ready for dispatch.
Returns & exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free from scents or damage. Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Returns requested within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Returns requested between 15 and 30 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Store credit does not expire.
Any outbound shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For convenience, Milana Label offers prepaid return labels at a discounted rate, which will be shown at the time of your return. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Using our prepaid label ensures tracking and helps your return reach us safely. If you choose to use your own shipping method, Milana Label is not responsible for lost returns.
All U.S. orders ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties, brokerage, and import fees are included in your purchase price at checkout.
For U.S. returns:
· Refunds are issued on the product value only
· Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
· Duties, brokerage, and insurance fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable
To avoid additional customs or brokerage charges when returning from the United States, we recommend using our prepaid return label.

Select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred option: refund, exchange, or store credit. Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid return label within one business day. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be processed within 2 to 5 business days.
Exchanges are available within Canada for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. Milana Label offers one complimentary exchange per order, which includes a prepaid return label and reshipment of the replacement item.
Additional exchanges beyond the first are subject to a flat $10 fee covering return shipping and reshipment.
Once your original item has been returned and inspected, your replacement will ship within 2 to 3 business days. At this time exchanges are available within Canada only.
If you received a Milana item as a gift and need to return or exchange it, please email hello@milanalabel.com with the order number or purchaser's name.
Gift returns follow our standard return window and eligibility requirements. Eligible gift returns are issued as store credit only. Exchanges for gifts are available within Canada in accordance with our exchange policy. International gift returns are eligible for store credit only.
Defective or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is defective, email hello@milanalabel.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Items must be unworn and unwashed. If a manufacturing defect or transit damage is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Items returned in non-eligible condition: Items that do not meet our return eligibility requirements will not be accepted. If such items are returned to us, they may be shipped back at your expense. If you choose not to have the item returned, it may be responsibly recycled or donated at our discretion.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 to 5 business days after your return has been received and processed. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
