The Milana Collective is our way of thanking you for shopping with us. Membership is complimentary for customers with an active Milana Label account. Earn points on every order, then redeem them for money off your next purchase.

You earn 5 points for every $1 you spend on eligible products. Points are calculated on the order subtotal in Canadian dollars (CAD), excluding taxes and shipping, regardless of the currency selected at checkout, and are issued once your order has shipped. You must be logged into your account at the time of purchase to earn points, and points cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases. Orders paid in full or in part with a gift card do not earn points.

You also receive 500 points when you join and 1,000 points on your birthday. Birthday points are not awarded if your birthday falls in the same month you join.

Points may be redeemed through your loyalty account for single-use reward vouchers: $10 off for 1,000 points, $20 off for 2,000 points, or $30 off for 3,000 points. Vouchers must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to orders once placed. Only one reward voucher may be used per order. Vouchers apply to full-price Milana Label items only. Sale and clearance items and bundles are not eligible, and vouchers cannot be combined with other discount codes, referral codes, or automatic promotions. Reward vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or reissued once redeemed, except as described under Returns, cancellations & adjustments.

Reward vouchers apply to the order subtotal only. If a voucher exceeds the order value, any remaining balance cannot be used toward future purchases. Free shipping thresholds and eligibility are calculated based on the order subtotal after vouchers have been applied.

Reward vouchers expire 12 months after the day you redeem them if not used. Expired rewards cannot be reinstated. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity, defined as a period with no eligible purchases. Expired points cannot be reinstated. Milana Label may, at its discretion, issue rewards with different validity periods during special promotions. Reward vouchers are separate from store credit issued for returns, which does not expire.

If items from an order are returned, points earned on those items will be deducted from your account. If a full order is returned, points used to redeem a reward on that order will be reinstated to your balance. If only part of an order is returned, the reward voucher used on that order is not reinstated. Cancelled orders do not earn points.

Referral coupons are issued through our referral program and are separate from Milana Collective points. They cannot be combined with reward vouchers. Rewards may be withheld or reversed if an order is deemed ineligible or fraudulent. Points may be reviewed in cases of excessive returns, cancellations, or policy violations. Accounts created for the purpose of earning rewards through misuse, abuse, or duplicate registrations may be suspended, and associated points revoked.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details. Milana Label is not responsible for unauthorized use of loyalty rewards or points resulting from third-party access. Points and rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder. Milana Label may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Milana Collective, including its rewards structure, point values, and eligibility rules. We will give members reasonable notice of material changes, and points already earned will remain redeemable for a reasonable period.
